Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between your business and XENVO TRUZYNC TECHNOLOGIES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, which builds and runs TruZync. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and where each of us stands if something goes wrong. We have written them in plain English on purpose — you should not need a lawyer to understand what you are agreeing to.

The short version

Your business data is yours, and you can export it or delete it. A plan is paid up front for the period you choose, and we will not charge you anything without your consent. You have 7 daysto change your mind about your first payment. TruZync prepares your bills — filing your GST returns and staying compliant stays with you. This summary is here to orient you; the sections below are what actually applies.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating a TruZync account, downloading the app, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use TruZync.

  • TruZync is built for businesses, not for personal use. You may use it to run your own business, or a business you are authorised to act for.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • If you accept these terms for a company, firm or LLP, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” in these terms means that business.

2. Your account and login details

You need an account to use TruZync. When you register, give us accurate details — your name, contact number, email and business details — and keep them up to date. We use them to run your account, reach you about the service, and help you when you ask.

  • Your login is yours to protect. Keep your password and any one-time codes private. Do not share them, and do not let anyone outside your business use your account.
  • Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If a staff member bills under your account, that is your business's activity.
  • If you think someone has got into your account, email support@truzync.in straight away so we can help you secure it.
  • Give staff their own accounts where your plan allows, so you can see who did what and remove access cleanly when someone leaves.

3. What TruZync does

TruZync is a billing and business management app for Indian businesses. It covers GST and non-GST billing, inventory, purchases, customers, vendors, payroll and reports.

  • Where it runs. TruZync is available on Google Play and App Store and Windows, with macOS to follow. The Android app is published on Google Play as com.truzync.app.
  • Billing works offline. If your internet drops, you can carry on billing. Those bills are saved on your device and sync automatically the next time that device reconnects.
  • Until a device reconnects, the bills made on it exist only on that device — they will not appear on your other devices and we cannot back them up. So reconnect when you can, especially before closing the day or switching devices.
  • We improve TruZync continuously, so features may be added, changed or retired as the product develops.

4. Plans, prices and renewal

TruZync is sold as a subscription. All prices include GST. At yearly billing, our plans are:

  • Zync Spark — ₹1,999 a year. 1 business · owner account only.
  • Zync Rise — ₹4,999 a year. Up to 3 businesses/outlets · 3 staff accounts per business/outlet.
  • Zync Peak — ₹8,399 a year. Up to 7 businesses/outlets · 10 staff accounts per business/outlet.

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in how many outlets and staff accounts they cover. The plan page shows the prices and billing periods currently offered, and those are the ones that apply when you subscribe.

  • Your subscription runs for the period you pay for. To carry on after it ends, you renew. We will not charge you anything without your consent.
  • We may change what a plan includes— including its outlet and staff limits — at any time. Any such change applies to new subscriptions only. If you are already subscribed, the limits you signed up for stay as they are for the rest of your paid period.
  • Founding users. Join TruZync as a founding user and enjoy Zync Peak free for 3 months. Your 3 free months start from activation. When those 3 months end, Zync Peak does not roll over into a paid plan by itself. Nothing is charged automatically. Continuing needs your explicit choice and consent. After that, the public prices apply: choose your plan and billing period to continue. Yearly is the best saving.
  • If a free period ends and you decide not to subscribe, you still reach your own data to view, export or delete it — you simply cannot carry on billing on a paid plan until you choose one.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and TruZync keeps working until the period you have already paid for runs out.

7-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.

Request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked. Applies to your first paid subscription only, not to renewals. To request one, email support@truzync.in from the address on your account within 7 days of that payment.

We refund to the method you paid with. Once we have approved it, how quickly the money reaches you depends on your bank and the payment gateway rather than on us.

6. How you may and may not use TruZync

TruZync is your business's tool. Use it for your business, and leave the service intact for everyone else using it. You agree not to:

  • Use TruZync for anything illegal, or to create invoices, records or tax documents that are false or meant to mislead.
  • Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of the app, or build a competing product from it.
  • Resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise pass TruZync off as your own, or spread one account across separate businesses to get around plan limits.
  • Share your login with anyone outside your business, or sell or transfer your account.
  • Attempt to disrupt the service — no attacks, no probing or bypassing our security, no scraping, no automated overloading, and nothing that degrades TruZync for other businesses.
  • Upload malware, or anything built to damage our systems or another user.

If you break these rules we may limit, suspend or close your account. Section 12 explains how.

7. Your business data

Your business and invoice data belongs to you. Your products, prices, stock, invoices, customers, vendors and payroll records are yours, not ours.

  • We process that data for one purpose: to provide TruZync to you — running your billing, syncing your devices, producing your reports, backing it up, and supporting you when you ask.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
  • You can export your data, and you can delete it. How we collect, store, secure and retain it, and the rights you have over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • You are responsible for what you put in — including having the right to hold the customer details you store, and keeping whatever records the law requires of your business.

8. TruZync is a billing tool, not a tax advisor

TruZync helps you raise correct bills and keep clean records. It is not a tax advisor, an accountant or a legal advisor, and nothing in the app is professional advice.

  • Your filings are yours. Your GST returns, tax payments, statutory records and overall compliance remain your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the information you enter — GSTINs, HSN codes, tax rates, prices and customer details. TruZync calculates on what you give it.
  • Please check your invoices, reports and return data before you rely on them or file them. If something looks wrong, tell us at support@truzync.in and we will look into it.
  • For how tax or company law applies to your business, please speak to a qualified professional.

9. App stores and payment partners

Parts of your experience involve companies other than us, and their terms apply alongside ours.

  • App stores and platforms. You download TruZync from Google Play, or install it on Windows, macOS or iOS. Those platforms have their own terms, and their own rules about purchases made through them.
  • Payment gateways. Subscription payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card and banking details go to that provider, not to us, and we never store them. Their terms govern the payment itself.
  • We choose these partners carefully, but we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their services, their outages or their terms.

10. Availability and maintenance

We work hard to keep TruZync running, and offline billing means a dropped connection does not stop you serving customers. Even so, we cannot promise the service will never be unavailable.

  • We carry out maintenance and ship updates, usually at quieter hours. Where a change needs downtime, we will give notice in advance whenever we reasonably can.
  • Interruptions can also come from things outside our control — your internet, your device, an app store or a payment partner.
  • Unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing, TruZync comes with no guaranteed uptime and no formal service level agreement.

11. Warranties and liability

TruZync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no implied warranties — including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose of yours.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or losses arising from incorrect tax filings or records.
  • Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to what you actually paid us for TruZync in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

12. Suspension, closure and deleting your account

You can stop using TruZync at any time. You can delete your account from inside the app, or at app.truzync.in/delete-account.

  • Please export anything you need first. Deleting your account removes your data, and we handle that deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
  • We may suspend or close an accountthat breaches these terms, is used illegally, or has not been paid for. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. For serious cases — fraud, attacks on the service, or anything putting other businesses at risk — we may act immediately.
  • If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
  • Closing your account does not cancel anything already owed, and the sections on your data, liability and governing law continue to apply afterwards.

13. Changes to these terms

TruZync will keep growing and the law will keep moving, so these terms will change from time to time.

  • When they do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
  • For changes that materially affect you — what you pay, what you get, or your rights here — we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
  • If you carry on using TruZync after a change takes effect, that means you accept it. If you do not agree, you can stop using TruZync and close your account, and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them, or out of your use of TruZync, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at support@truzync.in. Nearly everything is quicker to fix by talking to us than by going to court.

15. How to contact us
