TruZync is built to run your business — not to profit from your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the firm commitments we make to keep your business data private, encrypted, and entirely under your control.

1. Who we are

TruZync is a business operating system for Indian businesses — covering billing, inventory, GST and day-to-day operations across mobile, web and desktop. In this policy, “TruZync”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the TruZync service and its operators. For any privacy question, you can reach us at admin@truzync.in.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service for you:

• Account details — your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, business name, category and type, provided when you join or sign up.
• Your business data — the information you enter to operate your shop, such as products, inventory, invoices, pricing, taxes and the customer records you choose to store.
• Usage information — basic, aggregated information about how the website and app are used, so we can improve reliability and performance.

3. How we use your information

We use the information strictly to provide and improve TruZync:

• To run your billing, inventory, GST and operational features.
• To set up your account and keep it secure.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To send you service updates related to your account.
• To understand and improve overall performance and reliability.

4. Your business data stays yours

This is the heart of TruZync. The business data you enter belongs to you and remains under your control:

• We do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.
• We do not share it with third parties in any situation.
• We do not publish it or expose it as public data.
• We do not use your business or customer records to build products for others.

5. Data security and encryption

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply access controls, so that only strictly necessary systems and, where required, authorised personnel can reach it. We continually work to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

6. When we access your data

As a rule, we do not look at your business data. We access it only when it is genuinely required — most commonly when you raise a concern or a support request that cannot be resolved without it. In those cases we access only what is needed, only for as long as needed, and with your knowledge.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your data, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain certain records.

8. Cookies and website analytics

Our public website uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are visited and where visitors come from. This measures the website, not your private business data, and is never used to identify individuals or reveal your business records.

9. Payments

When paid plans go live, payments are processed by a trusted, PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are handled directly by that provider and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation needed to activate your plan.

10. Your rights

You are always in control of your information. You may:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.

11. Children

TruZync is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as TruZync grows or as laws change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know within the app or by email.
